Role Overview: As an experienced US IT Recruiter at EdHike, your primary responsibility will be to manage technical recruitment and business development for the growing team. You will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and placing top IT and Non-IT talent while also handling various hiring models to achieve placement-driven revenue targets.
