Use CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) for opportunity tracking, pipeline health, and accurate forecasting. Provide client feedback to improve solution offerings and identify cross-sell/upsell opportunities. This is a player role with scope to grow into a team leadership position within 6-12 months based on performance. Job Requirements & Qualifications: 8-12 years of B2B sales experience, with at least 35 years in data, analytics, or AI/ML services for Pharma, Biotech, CROs, or Hospitals. Proven success in consultative solution sales with deal sizes typically above $20K. Understanding of clinical trials, regulatory workflows, or hospital operations is a strong plus. Ability to work closely with delivery teams and translate business problems into technical solution roadmaps. Familiarity with CRM tools and disciplined in forecasting and reporting.
