Job Title: US Safety Compliance Executive Company: Epicgen Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Location: Mohali, Punjab (On-site) Shift Timing: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST (US Shift) Job Type: Full-Time Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year Salary: ₹upto 25000 per month (based on experience) Job Summary: Epicgen Solutions is hiring a dedicated US Safety Compliance Executive to manage safety and regulatory compliance for our US-based trucking operations. The ideal candidate should be familiar with FMCSA guidelines, DOT compliance, driver files, and Hours of Service monitoring. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and monitor Driver Qualification Files (DQFs) for accuracy and completeness Track Hours of Service (HOS) violations and ELD compliance (KeepTruckin, Samsara, etc.) Support compliance with FMCSA and DOT regulations Schedule and manage drug & alcohol testing per DOT guidelines Ensure timely renewals of driver documents (CDLs, medicals, etc.) Assist in preparing for audits and maintaining up-to-date compliance records Report and track safety-related incidents and follow-ups Collaborate with dispatch, recruitment, and safety teams in real time Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in US transportation/logistics compliance Working knowledge of FMCSA/DOT regulations, HOS rules, ELD portals Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy Good communication skills (written and verbal) Willingness to work night shifts (US timing) Preferred Skills: Experience with DQFs, Clearinghouse, ELD platforms (e.g., KeepTruckin/Samsara) Familiarity with audit preparation and safety protocols Prior experience working for a US-based logistics company is a plus Why Join Epicgen?
