Job Summary: We are looking for a reliable Independent Dispatcher to manage load sourcing, driver coordination, and route planning for owner-operators or small fleets. This remote role requires experience in freight dispatching, strong communication skills, and access to load boards. Responsibilities: Find and book freight loads Negotiate rates with brokers Dispatch loads to drivers Provide route planning and updates Manage paperwork and compliance Requirements: Dispatching experience (trucking industry preferred) Knowledge of FMCSA rules and HOS Excellent communication and organization Job Type: Full-time Schedule: US shift Work Location: In person
