As a Recruiter at US Tech Solutions, you will be responsible for the full life cycle of recruiting, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, handling non-technical queries, closing candidates, and ensuring their smooth onboarding process. You will work within the MSP/VMS model, focusing on domains like Non-IT Business Professional, Engineering, Automobile, Utility, Energy, Aerospace, and DOD-Federal Projects. Your expertise in dealing exclusively with W2 candidates who are U.S. Citizens or Green Card Holders will be crucial. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize various recruiting techniques such as headhunting, calling, networking sites, referrals, and internet-based tools to attract suitable candidates. - Understand non-technical requirements and submit consultant profiles in a timely manner. - Demonstrate strong negotiation skills in finalizing rates and salaries. - Hire non-technical candidates at all levels and maintain a robust candidate database. - Stay updated on Pharma/Non-IT Business Professional/Engineering concepts and trends. - Independently manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. - Source and screen potential candidates effectively using internal systems, job portals, postings, and networking platforms. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 1-5 years of experience in hiring Pharma/Non-IT Business Professional/Engineering candidates with direct clients. - Highly driven individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
