US Recruiters (Healthcare / Engineering / Pharma)

You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting suitable candidates for various roles in the US staffing domain. Your primary focus will be on Healthcare recruitment, Engineering recruitment, or Pharma recruitment based on your expertise and experience level. **Role Overview:** As a US Recruiter at Kyyba INC, you will play a crucial role in identifying and securing top talent for positions such as RN, Case Managers, Clinical Pharmacists, Project Managers, Application Developers, Business Analysts, and more. You will need to have a strong understanding of the US recruitment market and be proficient in handling W2 hiring processes. **Key Responsibilities:** - Source and recruit candidates for specific roles within the Healthcare, Engineering, or Pharma sectors - Utilize your expertise in US IT/Non-IT recruitment to identify suitable candidates - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles - Conduct interviews and screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the roles - Maintain a database of potential candidates and keep track of recruitment activities - Ensure a smooth recruitment process from initial contact to onboarding **Qualifications Required:** - 2+ years of experience in US IT/Non-IT recruitment - Strong knowledge of the US healthcare recruitment market for Healthcare Recruiters - Experience working with Automobile/Automotive/Manufacturing/Professional/Supply Chain/Engineering clients for Engineering Recruiters - Hands-on experience recruiting for Non-IT roles in Pharmaceutical or Medical Devices recruitment for Pharma Recruiters - Familiarity with W2 hiring processes and contract recruitment - Degree in Engineering or Life Sciences preferred - Flexibility to work in CST or PST time zones if required If you are passionate about recruitment, have a keen eye for talent, and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity by sending your resume to kumuday@kyyba.com.
