The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top-quality candidates within the IT and Automotive sectors. This role requires the ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously while maintaining high standards of candidate experience and recruitment efficiency. Key Responsibilities:  Source and identify qualified candidates through job portals, social media platforms, internal databases, and professional networks.  Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including screening, interview scheduling, coordination, feedback collection, and offer negotiation.  Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and deliver talent acquisition solutions accordingly.  Maintain and update candidate pipelines, ensuring timely delivery against hiring targets and service level agreements.  Recruit for specialized roles in domains such as Embedded Systems, Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), Cloud, DevOps, Full Stack Development, among others. Qualifications and Skills:  Minimum 2 to 4 years of recruitment experience within the IT or Automotive sectors.  Proficient in candidate sourcing techniques including Boolean search, and usage of platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, and Monster.  Demonstrated ability to manage multiple job openings effectively and adapt to shifting priorities.  Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proactive and results-driven approach.
