Key Responsibilities:

You’ll recruit for high-impact clinical and administrative roles, including:

Registered Nurses (RNs)

Case Managers

Clinical Pharmacists

Pharmacy Technicians

Medical Management Intake Specialists

General & Administrative (G&A) roles

Nurse positions and more

Your role will involve full-cycle recruiting, collaborating with hiring managers, and ensuring top-quality talent is brought into our organization.

What We’re Looking For

2-4 years of experience recruiting in the healthcare space

Strong preference for experience supporting healthcare insurance clients.

Excellent sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills

Ability to recruit for a wide range of clinical and support roles
