Job Summary

As a Recruiter, you will support end-to-end hiring for U.S. job requirements. This is an excellent entry-

level opportunity with complete training provided in U.S. recruitment processes. You will collaborate

closely with senior recruiters and hiring teams to identify and place top candidates.

Key Responsibilities

 Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, internal database & social networks

 Review resumes to align talent with U.S. client needs

 Conduct initial screening calls to assess communication & job fit

 Coordinate interviews with hiring managers or clients

 Maintain detailed records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

 Provide timely follow-ups to ensure a smooth candidate experience

 Assist recruitment team with daily coordination and admin tasks

 Build and maintain strong candidate relationships

 Learn and follow U.S. staffing standards, compliance, and client expectations

Requirements

 0–1 year experience in Recruitment, HR, Sales, or Customer Service (Freshers welcome!)

 Bachelor’s degree in any stream

 Excellent communication skills (spoken & written)

 Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

 Confident and strong interpersonal skills

 Willingness to work U.S. shift (Night shift – 6 PM to 3 AM IST)

 Basic computer knowledge; MS Office familiarity (ATS knowledge is a bonus)

 Self-driven, adaptable, and eager to learn
