As a US Recruiter at Kyyba INC, your role will involve identifying and attracting top talent in the Healthcare, Engineering, and Pharma industries. You will play a crucial part in the recruitment process by leveraging your experience and skills to meet the staffing needs of our clients. **Key Responsibilities:** - Recruit for various roles in the Healthcare industry such as RN, Case Managers, Clinical Pharmacists, and more - Source candidates for Engineering positions in Automobile, Manufacturing, and other related fields - Identify and attract talent for Pharma roles including Engineering, Admin/HR, and Business Professionals - Utilize your knowledge of the US healthcare recruitment market to effectively fill positions - Collaborate with clients and candidates to ensure successful placements - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum of 2 years of experience in US IT/Non-IT recruitment - Strong understanding of W2 contract recruitment - Experience working with MSP clients in the US - Familiarity with Clinical/Scientific domains is an advantage - Degree in Engineering or Life Sciences preferred - Ability to work in CST or PST time zones if required If you are passionate about recruiting, possess the necessary experience, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply by sending your resume to kumuday@kyyba.com.
