US Recruiter (LOOKING FOR MALES ONLY) IT recruiter responsibilities include sourcing, screening & providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles. Must be available to work in a team Strong zeal to make a career in the international staffing industry Note: Excellent English written and verbal communication skills are Mandatory. Responsibilities: Source potential candidates using a variety of channels, including online databases, social media, and professional networks. Screen resumes and applications to assess qualifications and experience. Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to evaluate candidate fit, technical skills, and communication abilities. Provide a shortlist of highly qualified candidates to hiring managers for various technical positions. Manage and update candidate information in our applicant tracking system. Collaborate closely with the team to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
