US Recruiter

As a Talent Specialist in the US healthcare industry, your primary responsibility will be to review job descriptions provided by clients and create a search plan to identify potential candidates who meet the specified requirements. You will be utilizing various channels such as job portals, internal databases, and social media to source suitable candidates. Your role will involve assessing candidates" experience, skills, and competencies, as well as managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle including scheduling, coordination, and communication with applicants. Building strong relationships with candidates to gain their trust for referrals will be essential, along with negotiating employment terms and obtaining commitment from candidates for current and future job opportunities. Effective written and verbal communication skills are a must for this role, along with proficiency in MS Office, negotiation, convincing, organization, and coordination skills. You should also excel in relationship management to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. The selection process for this position will include rounds with the Talent Manager and Talent HR to assess your suitability for the role. This is a full-time job opportunity, primarily in night shifts or US shifts, requiring proficiency in English and availability for night shifts.
