This remote role is ideal for professionals who excel in sourcing, screening, and placing top US-based IT / Non IT/Health care/ Executive/Legal/Engineering/Defence/Logistics/Pharma talent, and who are well-versed in the nuances of the US recruitment ecosystem, including work authorizations and tax terms.Key Responsibilities:Manage the entire US IT/ Non IT/ Health care/ Executive/Legal/Engineering/Defence/Logistics/Pharma recruitment life cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.Work directly with hiring managers and engage with direct clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver quality candidates.Build and optimize Boolean search strings to identify the right talent from portals lReview and analyze technical job descriptions and resumes using ATS tools.Conduct initial screenings and evaluate candidates for technical fit, cultural alignment, and availability.Maintain strong candidate relationships through effective follow-ups and communication.Stay updated on US visa classifications, employment laws, and geographical hiring trends.Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MCA, BCA, B.Sc IT, or a related technical field.1+ years of hands-on experience in US recruitment Strong understanding of US Tax Terms (W2) and employment types.Familiarity with US geography, time zones, and cultural nuances.Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.A proactive, detail-oriented, and self-motivated professional with strong analytical and negotiation skills.What We Offer:Flexible remote work environmentOpportunity to work with reputed US clientsCompetitive performance incentivesCollaborative and supportive team culture
