Job Summary:

US Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, organizational goals, and team dynamics.
• Post job openings on appropriate job boards and social media platforms.
• Actively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, and other creative channels.
• Conduct phone screens and assess candidates for qualifications, culture fit, and salary expectations.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring teams and gather timely feedback.
• Manage candidate pipelines using ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques to compete in the job market.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in U.S. recruitment.
• Familiarity with U.S. employment laws and hiring practices.
• Experience using ATS platforms
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requisitions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with high-volume or technical recruiting.
• Recruitment agency or RPO background.
