US Payroll Specialist

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a US Payroll & Compliance Specialist based in Chandigarh, India. The responsibilities include managing payroll administration and processing, ensuring compliance with federal and state payroll regulations, handling garnishments, and resolving payroll-related inquiries. The role also involves managing payroll tax reporting and submissions, overseeing payroll service operations, and maintaining accurate payroll records while ensuring timely payments.

Timing: 8:30 PM 5:30 AM

Cab facility available for female employees

Qualifications

* Process weekly/bi-weekly U.S. payroll

* Manage multi-state payroll & tax compliance

* Validate hours, deductions & adjustments

* Handle payroll reconciliations and reports

* Maintain W-4s, garnishments & benefits deductions

* Ensure FLSA & state-level wage rule compliance

* Coordinate with HR/Finance/CPA teams

Required Skills:

U.S. payroll, multi-state compliance, payroll tax basics, ADP/Gusto/QBO Payroll (any), Excel/Sheets, strong accuracy & communication.

• Experience: Minimum 35 years in U.S. payroll & compliance.
