Job Description

As a US Non-IT Recruiter at Hallmark based in Hyderabad, your role will involve conducting full-cycle recruitment for non-IT positions, collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, and developing effective recruiting strategies. You will utilize various sourcing methods to attract top talent, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and maintain candidate records in the applicant tracking system. Additionally, you will negotiate job offers, stay informed about industry trends, and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct full-cycle recruitment for non-IT positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates. - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies. - Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking, and industry events to attract top talent. - Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings. - Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates" skills, experience, and cultural fit. - Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders. - Negotiate job offers, facilitate the hiring process, including reference checks and background screenings. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). - Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to adjust recruitment strategies accordingly. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience as a Non-IT Recruiter, preferably with exposure to light industrial, telecommunication, engineering, automobile, and manufacturing sectors. - Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and team members. - Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. - Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. - Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.,
