US Non-IT/Health Care Recruiter

As a skilled and dynamic US Non-IT Recruiter at Hallmark in Hyderabad, you will play a crucial role in recruiting for non-IT positions in industries such as light industrial, telecommunication, engineering, automobile, and manufacturing. Your responsibilities will include: - Conducting full-cycle recruitment for non-IT roles, from sourcing to selecting qualified candidates. - Collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies. - Utilizing various sourcing methods like job boards, social media, networking, and industry events to attract top talent. - Building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings. - Screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and assessing candidates" skills, experience, and cultural fit. - Coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders. - Negotiating job offers, facilitating the hiring process, and conducting reference checks and background screenings. - Maintaining accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). - Staying informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to adjust recruitment strategies accordingly. Qualifications required for this role: - Proven experience as a Non-IT Recruiter, preferably in light industrial, telecommunication, engineering, automobile, and manufacturing sectors. - Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and team members. - Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. - Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. - Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
