Job Description

As a US Non-IT Recruiter, your role involves handling the complete recruitment life cycle for Direct Clients in the US. Here are your key responsibilities: - Source, screen, and recruit candidates for various Non-IT positions across industries such as Manufacturing, Accounting & Finance, Retail, Automobile, Construction, etc. - Collaborate with Business Development Managers (BDMs) to understand staffing requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. - Utilize job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and other channels to attract top talent. - Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications, technical skills, and cultural fit. - Coordinate and schedule interviews efficiently. - Facilitate communication and feedback between candidates and BDMs throughout the recruitment process. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and Google Docs. - Build and nurture a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to meet current and future hiring needs. - Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and innovative recruiting techniques to enhance the recruitment process. Your experience as a US Non-IT Recruiter for at least 2 years is preferred for this role. The work location is in person, and the job type is full-time. Feel free to share your working experience with Civil engineers, Attorneys, and Mechanical engineers as part of the application process.,
