The Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates for various non-I.T roles. Daily tasks include posting job ads, conducting interviews, negotiating offers, and collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs. This is an on-site role and is located in Hyderabad. Qualifications Experience in recruiting for non-I.T roles Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills Ability to develop and execute effective sourcing strategies Excellent communication and negotiation skills Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting software Knowledge of U.S. employment laws and regulations is a plus Strong organizational and time-management skills Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Show more Show less
