Location : Muralinagar, Madhavadara(Visakhapatnam)- Onsite
Timings : 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST( 9AM-6PM EST)
Role Overview:
We are looking for dynamic OPT Recruiters to join our team!
Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing and onboarding GC/GC EAD/Citizen/H4 EAD/L2 EAD/OPT candidates from job boards, social media, and university networks
Building a strong pipeline of consultants in various IT technologies
Daily follow-ups, relationship building, and consultant engagement
Coordinating interviews, handling documentation, and ensuring smooth placements
Understanding of work authorisations
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Energetic, goal-oriented, and proactive
Hands-on with job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn
strong communication and passion for US recruitment can apply!

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
