Key Responsibilities: Sourcing and onboarding GC/GC EAD/Citizen/H4 EAD/L2 EAD/OPT candidates from job boards, social media, and university networks Building a strong pipeline of consultants in various IT technologies Daily follow-ups, relationship building, and consultant engagement Coordinating interviews, handling documentation, and ensuring smooth placements Understanding of work authorisations Excellent verbal & written communication skills Energetic, goal-oriented, and proactive Hands-on with job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn strong communication and passion for US recruitment can apply!
