Job Summary:

Team Lead US IT Recruitment

Key Responsibilities:

Team Management:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of US IT recruiters to meet daily/weekly/monthly submission and placement targets.
  
• Provide training and support to junior recruiters on sourcing strategies, technologies, and recruitment processes.
  
• Monitor team performance and implement strategies to improve productivity and quality.
  

Recruitment Operations:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for critical roles: sourcing, screening, interviewing, submitting, coordinating interviews, and offer negotiations.
  
• Source candidates for various IT roles (Developers, Architects, Cloud Engineers, QA, Data Engineers, etc.) using Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, and other sourcing tools.
  
• Maintain pipelines for both W2 and C2C candidates with various visa statuses (USC, GC, H1B, TN, EAD, etc.).
  
• Ensure compliance with US employment laws and client-specific guidelines.
  

Client & Vendor Engagement:

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with

  Implementation Partners

  MSPs

  , and

  Direct Clients

• Coordinate with Account Managers to understand client requirements and manage delivery expectations.
  
• Handle escalations, interview feedback, and negotiations directly with vendors/clients when needed.
  

Technical Expertise:

• Understand and evaluate job requirements across multiple IT domains including:
  
• Cloud: AWS, Azure, GCP
  
• Development: Java, .NET, Python, Node.js
  
• ERP/CRM: SAP, Oracle, Salesforce
  
• DevOps, Data Engineering, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, etc.
  
• Guide the team in technical screening and resume evaluation.
  
• Proven experience working with

  Implementation Partners

  (e.g., Infosys, TCS, Tech Mahindra, Accenture)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  
• Strong knowledge of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and visa classifications.
