As a US IT Recruiter , you'll manage the full recruitment lifecyclesourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing top IT talent for U.S. clients. This is an excellent opportunity for dynamic, tech-savvy individuals to begin or grow their career in international recruitment. Key Responsibilities: Source candidates via job portals, social media, networking, referrals, and cold outreach Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews Coordinate and schedule virtual interviews with U.S. hiring managers Build and maintain candidate pipelines and databases Manage offer negotiations, onboarding, and follow-ups Support job description creation and recruitment marketing efforts Track recruitment metrics, prepare status reports, and ensure SLA adherence Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree—preferably in IT or related field 0–2 years’ experience in recruitment or relevant internship (fresher friendly) Strong written & verbal English communication skills Basic understanding of IT terminology (development, frameworks, roles) Tech-savvy: familiar with job portals (Dice, Monster, Indeed, LinkedIn), ATS systems, MS Preferred Skills : Night shift availability to align with U.S. time zones Experience in end-to-end U.S. recruitment (screening, offers, onboarding) Knowledge of U.S. employment types Strong negotiation, interpersonal, multitasking, and time-management skills
