Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a US IT Recruiter located in Tiruchirappalli. The US IT Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of recruiting which includes sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various IT roles. The role involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, developing and implementing recruitment strategies, and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. The recruiter will also be tasked with maintaining candidate databases and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications

• Full-life Cycle Recruiting, IT Recruitment, and Technical Recruiting skills
• Proficiency in Hiring and Recruiting processes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant experience in IT recruitment is a plus
• Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu , on-site
