US IT Recruiter

Salary: ₹4 - 6 LPA + Incentives

Shift: Night Shift (9 PM - 5 AM, flexible 8 hours)

Location: Shapath V, SG Highway, Ahmedabad

Job Description:

We are looking for a US IT Recruiter with excellent English communication skills to manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based clients. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in US staffing, talent acquisition, and HR processes while being comfortable working in the night shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Use various job portals (LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice, Monster, etc.) to find and engage top talent.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients.
• Handle salary negotiations, background checks, and onboarding for selected candidates.
• Ensure compliance with US employment laws, work authorizations (H1B, Green Card, etc.), and HR policies.
• Track and manage applicant data using ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
• Provide a seamless and professional candidate experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2 to 5 years of experience in US recruitment/staffing.
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
• Strong understanding of US hiring practices, work permits, and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099, etc.).
• Experience using job portals, ATS, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Ability to handle high-volume hiring with a focus on quality.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
