US IT Recruiter Role Preferred candidate profile : Bangalore Key Responsibilities of a US IT Recruiter: Sourcing and Screening Candidates: Identifying and evaluating candidates for IT positions in the US. Managing the Recruitment Lifecycle: Handling the full recruitment process, including pre-screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Working with US Clients: Collaborating with US-based hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements. Negotiating Offers: Discussing salary expectations and other benefits with candidates. Following Up: Staying in touch with candidates throughout the hiring process until they join the company. Utilizing Various Sourcing Channels: Using job boards, LinkedIn, and other platforms to find qualified candidates. Additional Skills and Qualities: Strong Communication Skills: Both verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with candidates and hiring managers. Time Zone Flexibility: The ability to work within US Eastern Time Zone hours is crucial. Experience with US-Based Recruiting: Previous experience with US-based recruiting can be advantageous. Adaptability: The ability to adapt to different company cultures and requirements.
