Sr. US IT Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment life cycle for US-based clients.
• Source candidates using job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed), social media (LinkedIn, etc.), internal databases, and networking.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidates based on technical and communication skills.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
• Negotiate salary rates with candidates and close positions within deadlines.
• Build and maintain relationships with consultants, vendors, and clients.
• Work closely with Account Managers/Team Leads to meet recruitment goals.
• Maintain accurate records in the ATS/CRM system.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a

  Sr. US IT Recruiter

  (minimum 4 years preferred).
• Solid understanding of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).
• Experience working with H1B, Green Card, US Citizens, OPT, and EAD candidates.
• Strong sourcing skills on job boards and LinkedIn.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with VMS portals.
• Knowledge of IT technologies and job market trends.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
