Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full-life cycle recruiting process, including sourcing candidates, interviewing, and hiring. Additionally, the role requires developing and implementing employer branding strategies to attract top talent. The Specialist will work closely with HR and various departments to understand staffing needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.

Qualifications

• Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting experience
• Skills in Interviewing and Hiring
• Experience in Employer Branding
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting software
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the IT industry is a plus
