• Manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based clients.
• Coordinate interviews and handle offer negotiations.
• Maintain ATS records accurately and efficiently.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in US IT or Non-IT Recruitment.
• Good understanding of US Tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and Visa classifications (H1B, GC, USC).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
