Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced US IT Recruiter / Bench Sales Recruitment candidate with 15 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should have the ability to work independently and manage the recruitment process efficiently. This role requires strong sourcing skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to meet hiring goals in a fast-paced environment. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Recruitment:

    Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding candidates.
  • Candidate Sourcing:

    Utilize job boards (LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, etc.), Boolean searches, ATS, and networking to attract top talent.
  • Stakeholder Management:

    Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure timely hiring.
  • Interviewing & Screening:

    Conduct initial screenings and assess candidates for technical and cultural fit.
  • Offer Negotiation & Closing:

    Extend job offers, negotiate salary, and ensure successful onboarding.
  • Compliance & Documentation:

    Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure adherence to hiring policies.
  • Project Handling:

    Manage recruitment independently if required, ensuring timely fulfilment of hiring needs.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience:

    15 years of US IT recruitment experience.
  • Knowledge:

    Familiarity with ATS, sourcing techniques, and recruitment best practices.
  • Skills:

    Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.

    ndependence:

    Ability to handle projects individually and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Work Hours:

    Comfortable working in US time zones.
  • Availability:

    Immediate joiners preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in VMS hiring or direct client recruitment.
  • Prior exposure to W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models.
  • Strong understanding of US employment laws and visa types.
  • Preferred clients how as a direct client network and Corporate preferred Vendor contact.
