  Night Shift (EST Working Hours)

What You'll Do:

• Drive AI-Powered Sourcing:

  Use and master cutting-edge AI tools and platforms to identify and engage with top IT professionals across the US, moving beyond conventional job portals.

• Become a Talent Strategist:

  Go beyond simply posting jobs. You'll proactively headhunt, build relationships, and craft compelling outreach messages that resonate with high-value candidates.

• Own the Full Recruitment Cycle:

  From initial contact to offer acceptance, you'll manage the entire candidate journey, ensuring a positive and seamless experience.

• Innovate and Collaborate:

  Work with a team that values new ideas. Your insights will help us refine our recruitment strategies and explore new technologies.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven US IT Recruitment Experience:

  You have a solid background (2-4 years) in the US staffing market and are comfortable with various IT skills and technologies.
