Job Title: Recruiter / Sr. Recruiter

Experience: 2 - 4+ Years

Job Location: Hi-tech City, Hyderabad

Job Type: Full Time

Shift: Night (EST Working Hours)

Job Description:

Should be good at headhunting and sourcing IT profiles through LinkedIn and other Job portals.

Should be able to do end to end recruitment.

Key Requirements:

• Experience into Recruitment, Resume sourcing, Resume screening, conducting interviews, Job portals, Job posting and Follow Ups.
• Strong knowledge of Job portals and Sites.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handling the recruitment process of sourcing till joining of the candidate.
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
• Prepare and post jobs to appropriate job portals etc.
• Assist in sourcing candidates by using databases, job portals, social media etc. for complex requirements.
• Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
• Arranging interviews and follow up.
• Act as a single point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
• Handling a team of mid-level recruiters or freshers will be an additional asset.
