Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Source top talent from the UK and European markets through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
Manage end-to-end recruitment process for IT roles including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies to meet those needs.
Conduct cold calling campaigns to identify potential candidates who match the job description's technical skills and cultural fit.
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations during the entire recruitment cycle.

Desired Candidate Profile

3-6 years of experience in IT recruitment or staffing industry with a focus on UK/European markets.
Strong understanding of the UK/European job market trends, salary expectations, and industry standards.
Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) with ability to build strong relationships with clients/candidates/hiring managers.
