Identify top talent through job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate technical skills and cultural fit.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates.
Guide candidates through the recruitment process, including interview prep and offer negotiation.
Collaborate with US clients to understand hiring needs and expectations.
Provide regular updates on candidate progress and timelines.
Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and immigration regulations.
Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, etc.).
Prepare reports on recruitment activities and performance.
2- 6 years of experience in US IT recruitment.
Strong understanding of US IT market trends and technologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards.
Experience with ATS and knowledge of US immigration laws (H1B, L1, etc.).
Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
