Job Title: US IT Recruiter (Fresher) Experience: 0-6 Months Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office) Shift Timings: 9:30 PM 6:30 AM IST (Night Shift – US Time Zone) About the Role: We are seeking enthusiastic and ambitious freshers to join our dynamic US Recruitment team. As a US IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing technical professionals in contract or full-time positions with our clients across the United States. Key Responsibilities: Understand client requirements and job descriptions. Source candidates from job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, and internal databases. Screen resumes and assess candidate qualifications against job requirements. Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate candidate interest and fit. Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients. Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates. Update and manage candidate information on the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Work collaboratively with team members to meet hiring goals and deadlines. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English. Willingness to work night shifts (9:30 PM – 6:30 AM IST). Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Basic knowledge of the US staffing process is a plus (training will be provided).
