About the Role

US Immigration Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end activities for H-1B transfers, amendments, and extensions.
• Support PERM processes: job postings, ad tracking, collecting proofs, and maintaining recruitment documentation.
• Assist in all Green Card stages (PERM, I-140, I-485) under attorney guidance.
• Maintain an accurate immigration tracker with status, deadlines, and next steps.
• Coordinate with employees for document collection, signature requirements, and clarifications.
• Work with U.S. stakeholders and attorneys to submit complete, compliant case packets.
• Track OPT/EAD dates and notify employees & stakeholders proactively.
• Ensure immigration documents are organized and stored securely.
• Respond to employee immigration queries with clear and empathetic communication.
• Provide weekly status updates to U.S. stakeholders on progress and upcoming deadlines.

Requirements

• 36+ years of experience in U.S. immigration processes (H-1B, PERM, Green Card).
• Strong understanding of USCIS/DOL processes.
• Experience working with U.S. immigration attorneys or global mobility teams.
• Excellent documentation, organization, and follow-up skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work across time zones.
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
