Position: Senior U.S. Immigration Specialist Location: Onsite (All five days) Experience Required: 12 + years in U.S. immigration (both immigrant and non-immigrant processes), preferably in a consultancy or legal environment Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end processing of a wide range of U.S. non-immigrant visa petitions (H-1B, L-1, B-1/B-2, F-1, TN, etc.) and immigrant visa cases (PERM, I-140, Adjustment of Status, Consular Processing, etc.).
