Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable accountant to support our finance operations with a focus on timesheet and invoice data validation. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring accuracy of records and supporting our transition to a new software platform. This position requires familiarity with data entry, accounting principles, and ideally, prior experience with WellSky (formerly ClearCare Online) or FileMaker.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and validate timesheet entries for completeness and accuracy.
• Verify invoice data and ensure alignment with internal records and timesheets.
• Perform routine data entry into FileMaker and assist in future migration to WellSky.
• Identify and report discrepancies in billing or employee time tracking.
• Collaborate with operations and payroll teams to maintain clean and audit-ready records.
• Assist in preparing financial summaries or reports as needed.
• Support general accounting tasks including reconciliations and documentation.
• Participate in process improvements related to data validation and accounting workflow.

Preferred Qualifications:

• B.Com, MBA or semi qualified.
• 2–3 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or data validation roles.
• Experience with FileMaker or WellSky (ClearCare) is highly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general accounting software tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Work from office

-Timings would be 5.30 PM to 2.30 AM and 5 day week.

-CTC budget for this position – 4.5 LPA to 5 LPA
