Position Title: US Healthcare Staffing - Client Success Work Location: Noida, UP Work Model: Onsite (5 Days) Job Description: The Account Manager plays a vital role in creating long-term healthy relationship with the client and our associates. They will be acting as the bridge between the client and our operational delivery teams. Responsibilities will include: Serve as the face of our service team to the client and the central point of contact for our associates Provide account management and service delivery support to client Prospecting to identify any available opportunities with the client Coordinate with recruiting team on open requirements from clients Maximize market share with client Coordinate with Client to schedule candidate interviews and onboarding Deliver high quality service to the client and associates by matching the skills of associates to client needs Establish relationships with key client contributors such as Hiring Manager, Procurement Generate revenue and gross profit through building good relationships with hiring managers with the client Responsible for responding to issues, questions and concerns from both the client and associate, effectively resolving issues and situations, and escalating when appropriate Skills & Experience Required: Should have an overall experience of 5+ years in US Staffing space. Should have 2+ Years of US Staffing experience in core healthcare clients Tenacious and outgoing personality along with high integrity level Assertiveness to develop new relationships with clients Eagerness to go the distance to build relationships Strong networking skills required, including navigating social media sites such as LinkedIn Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Preferred Skills: 1+ year of Account Management experience in healthcare domain Working knowledge on MSP based staffing solutions Experience in a client servicing role: prospecting, relationship building, presentation skills Driven, with a proven record of being successful in challenging and stressful situations The desire to determine the size of your pay check based on your hard work
