Job Description

Job Title: US recruitment Delivery Manager

Location: Bengaluru / Chennai/Pune / Mumbai /Baroda -Gujarat (Onsite Day 1)Employment Type: Full-TimeExperience Required: Minimum 5-10 + Years in US Recruitment

Manage the entire US recruitment life cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
Work closely with clients as a SPOC to understand hiring requirements and ensure timely delivery.
Source candidates through various channels including job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure a good fit with client requirements.
Coordinate interviews and follow-ups between candidates and clients.
Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
Collaborate with internal teams to meet delivery timelines and quality expectations.
Stay updated with current US job market trends and visa regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 5-10+ years of hands-on experience in US recruitment.
Strong experience as an individual contributor managing full-cycle recruitment.
Proven ability to interface with clients and manage expectations effectively.
Must have experience working in full-time roles (contract/freelance profiles will not be considered).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with various US time zones and work culture.
Strong understanding of work authorizations (H1B, GC, USC, etc.).
