Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and hire
healthcare professionals
(RNs, LPNs, Physicians, Allied Healthcare, and Medical Staff) for US-based clients.
Manage end-to-end recruitment life cycle including
sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and onboarding
candidates.
Work on
W2 recruitment
,
1099
, and
C2C
hiring models as per client requirements.
Build a strong pipeline of candidates through
job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, etc.)
, LinkedIn, and networking.
Collaborate with clients and account managers to understand job requirements and deliver quality candidates.
Ensure
US healthcare compliance
including credential verification, license checks, and background screenings.
Maintain strong relationships with candidates and ensure excellent candidate experience.
Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to management.

Required Skills:

Experience:
2+ years of experience as a
US Healthcare Recruiter
(mandatory).
Experience hiring for
hospitals, clinics, healthcare providers,
in the US.
Strong knowledge of
US hiring practices
,
W2 hiring
, and
healthcare compliance
requirements.
Prior experience in recruiting for
Travel Nurses
Proficiency in
sourcing tools
: Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.
Familiarity with
ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)
and CRM tools.
Excellent
communication and negotiation skills
to interact with US candidates and clients.
Ability to work in
night shifts
aligned with US time zones.
