Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiting Sourcer to join our talent acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and building strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. As a key partner to recruiters and hiring managers, you will play a critical role in attracting top talent and ensuring a seamless hiring process.

Roles & Responsibilities

Proactively source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach.

Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of passive and active candidates for critical roles across the organization.

Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and align sourcing strategies with business needs.

Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches, market mapping, and talent intelligence tools, to uncover top talent.

Track and report key sourcing metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve the hiring process.

Required Skills

Proven experience in sourcing or recruiting, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.

Strong proficiency in sourcing tools and platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems.

Ability to build and maintain relationships with recruiters.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of professionalism.

Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Experience sourcing roles in specific industries such as, healthcare will be preferred

Certification in talent acquisition or recruitment (e.g., AIRS, LinkedIn Certified Recruiter) will be preferred
