As a candidate for the position, you will be expected to demonstrate the following: **Role Overview:** You will be responsible for project delivery and practice management in the financial domain. Your role will involve showcasing academic excellence in Financial Accounting, Financial Statement Analysis, and Financial Concepts. Additionally, you will need experience in financial and economic research to excel in this position. **Key Responsibilities:** - Proven academic excellence in Financial Accounting, Financial Statement Analysis, and Financial Concepts. - Experience in financial and economic research. - Basic understanding of Transfer Pricing benchmarking process, including working on global transfer pricing databases (knowledge of Eikon/Bloomberg is preferred). - Basic understanding of Transfer Pricing documentation process, including working on update reports, industry analysis, and economic analysis. - Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications, especially MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Outlook. - Meeting deadlines effectively. - Drafting minutes of meetings and taking detailed notes in technical client calls. - Setting a positive example for peers. - Strict adherence (100%) to hygiene factors such as timesheets, leave compliance, and risk policies. - Completing projects promptly with high quality. - Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. - Taking ownership and proactively contributing value to team-wide initiatives. - Demonstrating a strong presence and impact within the wider team. **Qualifications Required:** - Academic excellence in Financial Accounting, Financial Statement Analysis, and Financial Concepts. - Experience in financial and economic research. - Basic understanding of Transfer Pricing benchmarking and documentation processes. - Proficiency in MS Office applications. - Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines consistently.
