Role Overview: As a Debt Collection Executive in our U.S. Collections team, you will utilize your experience in U.S. third-party or first-party collections to effectively negotiate with customers, recover outstanding debts, and ensure compliance with FDCPA and client policies. Your strong communication skills will be essential in maintaining professionalism and achieving daily and monthly targets. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain accurate records of all collection activities in CRM systems. - Ensure compliance with FDCPA and client policies. - Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally. - Collaborate with collections manager and team leads to meet targets. - Conduct skip tracing and account research to locate debtors. - Provide excellent customer service to uphold a positive company image. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 6 months of experience in U.S. debt collection or related process. - Excellent communication skills. - Ability to negotiate effectively with customers. - Knowledge of FDCPA regulations. - Proficiency in CRM systems.
