Job Title: Debt Collection Executive (U.S. Process)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Debt Collection Executive to join our U.S. Collections team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in U.S. third-party or first-party collections, excellent communication skills, and the ability to negotiate effectively with customers to recover outstanding debts while maintaining professionalism and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact customers in the U.S. via phone and/or email to collect overdue payments.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements within company and client guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of all collection activities in CRM systems.
• Ensure compliance with FDCPA (Fair Debt Collection Practices Act) and client policies.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner.
• Work closely with the collections manager and team leads to meet daily and monthly targets.
• Skip tracing and account research when necessary to locate debtors.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive company image

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹634,000.00 per year
