: - Banking Voice Company: iEnergizer Location: Noida, Sector 60 : Ienergizer, a leading BPO located in Noidas vibrant Sector 60, is dedicated to providing top-tier customer service for the US telecom industry. We are looking for motivated individuals to join our US Voice process, which focuses voice support. : As a Customer Service Executive for the US Voice process, you will be responsible for managing voice interactions, ensuring customer queries are handled efficiently and effectively. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound calls from US customers regarding banking inquiries. Provide high-quality customer service by addressing and resolving customer concerns. Process transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions. Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed performance targets. Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and quality standards Eligibility Criteria: Minimum 6 months of experience in an international BPO (voice process). Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to handle customer inquiries efficiently. Willingness to work in a 24/7 environment. Undergraduate and Graduate candidates can apply. Note: No cab or meal facilities are provided. Candidates should be comfortable with night shifts and working from the office.
