US Accounts / US Tax Specialist Position

Job Opportunity: US Accounts / US Tax Specialist Position Title: Bookkeeping, Financial Preparation & Review, and Tax Returns Processing Specialist Basic accounting and tax experience. US accounting and taxation experience- mini 3 yrs Minimum 2 forms in depth knowledge (1040/1041/1120/1120S/1065) Minimum 2 Tools(CCH/Drake) - Lacerte, drake, Gosystem, CCH, ultra tax. Work Mode : WFO (Mon – Fri) Location: Chennai, Bengaluru, and Ahmedabad Timings: 2PM to 11 PM Key Responsibilities: Bookkeeping and Financial Management: Maintain accurate financial records using tools like QuickBooks, Xero, and Netsuite. Reconcile bank and credit card statements. Manage accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing. Handle sales tax preparation, filing, and 1099 forms. 2. Financial Statement Preparation & Review: * Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. * Analyse reports for accuracy and provide actionable insights. * Collaborate with clients and internal teams to resolve discrepancies. Key Skills Required: · Expertise in US accounting and direct tax. · Experience in tax provision (ASC 740) and compliance. · Proficiency with tools such as QBO/QBD, Xero, Netsuite, Drake, Lacerte, Ultratax, Proseries, CCH Axcess, Bill.com, Jetpack, and Gusto. · Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Desired Candidate Profile: · Qualifications: CA Inter / CMA Inter / M.Com / B.Com with relevant US tax experience. · Excellent communication skills. · High level of precision and accuracy.
