What You’ll Do:

• Work on

  day-to-day accounting & financial tasks

  to support US clients.
• Use

  QuickBooks, Xero, AppFolio, and other US accounting software

  for bookkeeping and financial reporting.
• Prepare

  bank reconciliations, AR/AP reports, and monthly closings

  .
• Work with

  Excel

  to analyze data and generate financial reports.
• Handle

  client communications, vendor reconciliations, and compliance support

  .
• Collaborate effectively with team members and clients to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely processes.
• Assist in

  budgeting, forecasting, and MIS reporting

  as required.

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Minimum Graduate-level qualification

✅ Knowledge of Accounting & Finance principles

QuickBooks, Xero, AppFolio (preferred)

✅ Strong communication & interpersonal skills

MS Excel
