About the Role:

We are hiring a US Bookkeeping Executive for one of our esteemed clients in the education sector. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, attention to detail, and the ability to manage financial records aligned with US accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with US bookkeeping standards.
• Record daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries.
• Reconcile bank statements and prepare financial reports periodically.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure the timely completion of accounting tasks.
• Communicate effectively with US-based clients and teams during night shift operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in bookkeeping or accounting (preferably with US clients).
• Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar tools).
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and reconciliation processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Willingness to work on night shifts (to align with US business hours).

Compensation:

• Up to ₹4 LPA (based on experience and interview performance).
