About the Opportunity:

We are hiring a Voice & Accent Trainer for a reputed BPO in Kanpur! If you have a passion for coaching professionals in neutral accents and communication excellence, this role is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Voice & Accent training sessions for new hires & experienced agents.
• Focus on accent neutralization, pronunciation, intonation, and fluency.
• Develop training modules and track progress through reports.
• Provide personalized feedback to improve agents' communication skills.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of Voice & Accent Training experience (BPO background preferred).
• Strong command over English phonetics, modulation, and articulation.
• Excellent interpersonal & coaching skills.
• Ability to adapt training for diverse learners.
